C++ Runtime Error PLZ HELP!!!!

HI, when i open Empire Earth II it comes up with:
Empire Earth
Runtime Error!
Program: C:/Program Files/Sierra/Empire Earth II/EE2.exe
abnormal program termination

I even installed Regcure but it wont fix the problem PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP!!!!!

Hello Gonil, Welcome to TSF.

Ok first off registry fixing programs never do any good and they do a lot of harm. Fixing the registry doesn't fix any thing and its not what makes a computer go faster.

Can you try these fixes first.
Follow these steps first

Have you tried re-installing the game using revo uninstaller from my sig?

Yep, right in one.

You should NEVER use registry cleaners. - Very dangerous with no potential benefits.

Thanks for the heads up on the registry thing and for the help but it still wont run!!!
What should I do now?
Also I don't know how to change my settings so i can use the system requirements tool plz help

You tried all the steps Mcninjaguy linked to in Post 2 and the things Floop and RockmasteR suggested in posts 3 and 5?

If you did and they didn't work, try updating both your DirectX and your Windows.
