I put in a cheat code for it and the people froze up, time stills goes on but the people dont. How do I fix it?

I don't own the game, but I do know that some of the cheats that are out, are for software developers to use to debug the program. So when you enter them into the console, the game actually goes into debugging mode.

Could this be the case?

In many games, cheat codes will be buggy and cause the game to crash.

I avoid using cheat codes.

In your case Todd00710, you might just have to avoid that cheat code, or contact the creators of the game and ask them if this has happened before.
