need for speed undercover

hi everyone,
i have a problem with my need for speed undercover came
i installed the game but when i try to play it wont let me and
there's a massage that says that i have to be connected to internet
and i am connected all the time,don't know what to do
please help,thx

need for speed undercover needs to connect to the internet to activate the game, so if you have a firewall, make sure that it's not blocking the game from connecting

If you have a problem with the firewall, just post what kind of firewall you own(windows, mcafee, norton, etc) and we will glady help

When i looked up a similar problem to yours, i believe they mentioned registering the product key over the internet in order to play the game on the internet.

Try to look around to see if there is something for registering the product key.

What is the make and model of your router. The game most likely needs to be port forwarded.
