Product Key invalid

I have just purchased Fable: TLC. I inserted the first disc and when i got to the product key entry, it said it was invalid. I tried all the troubleshooting the website mentioned i should do, but im lost...and i just bought it so id like to play lol. HELP

Hi and welcome to TSF.
Were did you buy the product? Are you sure you are entering the product key correctly?

Edit: If the key does not work, then you have to return it to the store and get a refund. You could also exchange it for a new product. If the program is illgeal...then it would be a good idea to buy a legal version of the product. As we cannot assist people with illegal program since it is against TSF rules.

I have re entered it many times...i bought it from best buy...it keeps saying the product key is invalid
