COD:WAW V1.5 patch installiation failure

HI guys
i just downloaded and i wished it gonna work
ok i downloaded this from the callofduty.com/update
from mirror like clan website BPN
it was direct link and i used download manager to do that
coz speed how ever dont go over 68KB/sec in downloading its unstable speed any way :D
its 512 KBPS and i am happy !!!
but after it has been downloaded
when i tries to launch it it wont work and display this error
Error 1901.Error attempting to read from the source installation database: C:\WINDOWS\Installer\3f6bdff.msi
and there is retry and cancel buttons
retry wont help
when i press cancel button it says are u sure u gonna cancel when i say yes
it gives another error
Error: -1603 Fatal error during installation
Consult Windows Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information
any ways wat i tried so far tried to run as administrator
and tried to make it run in compatibility mode for windows xp

any ways i am using windows xp x64 sp2 the hardware is fine and i can run the game prefectly in older patches but cant install v1.5 patche
i have 1.4 patch installed as well i did a trick to make it run coz it has its own problem and 1.2 require to run as administrator and worked

i heard some other things fixed by redownloading it !!!
i wont redownload it untill i make sure :(

Hello A7m1 and welcome to TSF,

Does the game still work fine? If so just download the 1.5 patch from Fileplanet. I konw the patch is enormous, yesh 974mb is big enough.

If your game doesn't work anymore uninstall with Revo Uninstaller. Then reinstall it along with all the patches

in fact i am redownloading the patch
now direct download no download managers
from big downloads mirror
my friend recommended that
i know about patches sizes but they worth it new maps bug fixes making the game beter
well as soon as the patch downloads i am gonna try ur advice and
as well i have all the patches working in either way but waiting for v1.5 to download done
in fact i reformated and having the game coppied from retail dvd to another partition on my hdd with all patches discloude v1.5
wat i tried with patches till v1.4
the game runs for single player without cracks of course
but the game wont run with multi player
idk probably the cause of v1.5 installiation failure
as soon as download done i am gonna uninstall it with revo and reinstall it with all patches :)

i did downloaded it like takin 4-5 hours i guess but i slept and let it download
ok i did'nt uninstalled the game or did nothing
the patch install successful but did'nt tried the game with it yet i hope it works any problem i am gonna reinstall the game along with patches
so my problem was with the file it self strange it was direct link and i used a download manager free one called download express

lol. Trust me, your internet is probably better than what we can get here in Australia. - Australian internet is in the hardcore fail section of the internet.

I have 31.2Kb Dial-up. - The average speed in Australia is about 1.5MB, with a max of about 24MB for standard homes.

I seriously think that our internet is comprised of a few bean tins tied together with string. - And the people who work for the ISP's sit there tapping out all the binary so it vibrates down the string to the next bean tin.

well dude i am not talking about speeds ! i am talking about prices
for example
we got maxed of 8mbps for home users no one ever think more than 4mbps
for example on our another home phone line an 512 kbps from another isp not the one i am using it should be doubled for 1mbps first 3 monthes but it often disconnect alot they say it cant handle it and it needs wiring lmao but we did'nt we sticked to 512 no need for unstable 1mbps for 3 months !but that isp got bad upload speed and good pings ! lowest 108ms to gb while on 1mbps cod4 servers
ok talking about prices
my isp quite nice and little problems that take 1 day to fix eg cable cuts
and it got the best upload speed all around here and not bad pings which are vary between ip ranges this sux !
my connection is 512 kbps download is 640 upload is 512
which is nice :)
but the price i paid for year idk when and it costs
110.00 KWD = 383.447 USD

its quite expensive isnt it ?and bad lines that cant handle 1mbps speed lol do u think wiring could fix it !! i dont
and talking about other speeds prices
starting from 2mbps 200KWD
3=300
4=400
5=500
6=600
7=700
8=800 !!
i dont think normal phone lines can handle them here
attenuation are high for me like 31 for upload and 53-52 for upload or higher i am not sure
