Fable: TLC trouble with getting game to run

The problem occurs when trying to start the game. The following error message is what comes up...

"We are sorry, but we have detected that the game did not exit correctly. We recommend starting the game in safe mode. Safe mode may disable some advanced features of the game, but may allow you to play the game."

Then...

"Fable.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

At this point it closes.

ive tried alot of things but it doesnt help

some guy long time ago had the same problem
he said:
''OpenAL Installer for Windows. I updated it with the following link http://connect.creativelabs.com/deve...20Windows.aspx and afterwards, the game started up with no problems what-so-ever.''

i tried that one too but it didnt help:(.
So please guys.. Help me out:O

I have tried everything but nothing seems to work, I've even been on the microsoft page for problems. did anyone have the same problem and got it solved again? Anyone?

my system: Intel Pentium Dual 2.40GHz
Ram: 2G
Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT 512Mb

should be enough right?

Also post your:

PSU (Power Supply Unit)
Motherboard

Make sure you have the latest DirectX and the latest Nvidia drivers

Also, have you tried uninstalling with Revouninstaller and reinstalling again?
