In Game refresh problem

Ok im having this weird issue here when i go in full screen in a online mmorpg called dragonica character models dont load or load very slowly. Problem seems to get fixed as i alt tab out of it and back in. Any suggestions to what it might be?

cpu
psu
ram
video card
motherboard

check your temperatures, maybe cut as many processes as you can and then try?

Im pretty sure it has nothing to do with my specs. I have over the recommended settings of the game. it works fine in windowed mode. But for some reason the characters in game just don't load fast.

If we do not know your system specs, it makes our job that much harder.

Well i updated to the latest catylyst driver but that didn't do anything.
Its just this one game thats giving me problems. Its a weird refresh thing that i have ingame. When im on windowed mode i have to move around the window screen for the characters in game to load. Its really weird.I also notice this happens with in game video too. I have to hold the window screen for it to run or it just freezes and stays in that spot.

The game is a mmorpg.

Yes re installing sort of works only for windowed mode. But I still have the problem in Full Screen.

What is your internet connection? Are you on wireless or cable?

I actually Have 6mb broadband Cable or more i forgot. I am actually connecting from a router not wirelessly but from the ethernet ports from the back.

Your CPU temp is a little high, but should be ok. What about the GPU temperature?

gpu stays at 72-3 cpu is above 60 maybe 62-63
