Ok, I don't think its a heating problem if those are your temps. - 62 - 63 for a CPU is not great, but not horribly bad either.
I notice your 12V on your PSU is much lower than it should be though. You should get a new PSU because an underpowered PSU will damage your system over time and may be the cause of your current problems.
