it was manufactured by dell. the southbridge and chipset are from intel.
Chipset: 1915/i915
Southbridge: 820801FB(ICH6)
LPCIO: SMSC

I came up with that your Dell is a Dimension e310

It has 1 PCI express x1 (not suitable for video cards)
and 2 x PCI slots)

You dhould save up and buy a new computer.
