It's a retail game, not freeware.
Like floop and Rock have said, you can buy it from a shop or buy it from a digital distributor.

Also we are not allowed to provide support or advice or anything of the sort for pirated games or software. Sorry but a good rule of thumb is if you like it buy it, if you don't have the money then oh well.

Sure you can get it for free. Just purchase something that comes with a free copy of Flatout. I suggest some expensive piece of hardware :P
