Battlefield 2 error msg at start up

I have just put the 1.41 patch on my battlefield 2 and now all i get when i start the game up is an error message sayin;

mods/bf2/shaders/lighting.fx not found!!! _DO_check your working directory,_AND_sync your shaders folder before calling upon your local rendering program/gp(really!)

I have updated my graphics card and still cant get over this problem.

I am running vista on a dell inspiron 1520
mobile intel(R) 965 express chipset family

Any help pls as really doin my head in now n missin my gaming
