Freezing while playing WoW

For a couple of months i was having a problem with the "nv4 display error has stopped working normally" so i called my graphics card company and they told me to sent my card to them so i did and they sent me a new one that was refurbished so the day i get it i install it and now i dont get the nv4 display error but every 2 hours or around there my comp freezes while i am playing WoW and it makes a noise like it got stuck and it makes that noise 5 times than it stops and i have to reboot my comp because otherwise i cant do anything.

I have updated my graphics, sound, motherboard, processor, pretty much every thing in my comp is updated i have also downloaded windows updated which i heard could help and it didnt work, I also ran an memtest and it had no errors and my comp is not over heating because i have checked the tempertures, also yesterday my comp froze 6 times in a row without me been in even in a game, but i think that was because i forgot to update a driver but I really dont know what to do i have tried many things and nothing has helped me.
