High Latency in WOW -tracert and screenshots

From Jacksonville Florida to Boston I'm getting 300-400ms with occasional spikes.

I have both ISP's currently.

Any help would be much appreciated, I've been lagging for months and pvp is just horrible.

Make sure your antivirus is not blocking the game, also what is your Router make and model? Make sure you have the correct ethernet cables and a suitable router for your connection speed. Also, try a different package with your ISP, one with a higher internet speed offered.
