my pc always restarts when i play games or watch a video. what is the best solution on this problem? my os is xp sp2, video card 512 built in and 256 in and pci express slot, memory is 1gb, speed of the cpu is 2.6ghz. plz reply, need to solve this problem ty

What is your PSU (power supply unit)

The most common issue that i have experianced myself is gpu running to hot.
