Confused Problem With Game:[MOVED FROM WINDOWS]

I installed the video game "The Mark",
but the problem is, that when it's loading
I get an audio of two characters, the game
keeps loading, and what It displays is a gray diagonal
screen, from the center of the screen to my left,
and to my right, It displays a black bar at the bottom
of the screen, and the remaining screen is in white,
and while the characters conversation is occurring,
the black and white screen at my right flashes, then
when the conversation ends, the gray, black and white
screen goes off, until the game loads completely, then
they appear again, and there is game play, but yet no
image, the game execute the key board commands, but
no image. Thanks in advance in this issue, hope to receive
an answer soon. Yours Truly: Raymond47

Re: Problem With Game:

Looks like you need Pixel Shader 2.0 minimum or 3.0 recommended which means you need to have a discrete video card and you have integrated Intel video.

Re: Problem With Game:[MOVED FROM WINDOWS]

as wrench said, The Mark doesn't support Integrated Graphics cards like intel, you need a dedicated card to run the game, maybe it's time to upgrade...

Re: Problem With Game:[MOVED FROM WINDOWS]

If you do buy a new graphics card you'll have to buy a new PSU too. The PSU's that come with emachines are garbage.

I would say you'll need to spend in the range of $200 to get a decent PSU and graphics card.
