Well okay, so, ive been running crysis for like 2 minutes, and it starts getting weird on the movement keys, i push W, 1 second later he moves, and when i let go again he stops 1 second later, but the funny thing is, my frames are like 45 constantly? its some kind of input lag but i dont know whats causing it, really strange.. i thought it could've been because my cpu or even gpu was overclocked, but it shouldnt matter cos they run rock solid.. i have no ideas, so please help :)

Re: Crysis - weird lag ingame? is it meant to be like that or is it just ghei
Is it a wireless keyboard? if so, make sure it's close to the computer and nothing is blocking the receiver and make sure the batteries are fully charged.

If you have made any custom changes to the ATI control panel like Pre-Rendered frames make sure its set to 3. Anything above that can cause mouse and keyboard lag in many graphical intense games.

try to change with the game's option, like check if the option "smooth mouse" is checked, it can make lots of problems other than the mouse, like the funny movements etc...
also if you have another keyboard try that, and it's preferable to be USB 2.0 cause it's faster than PS/2

Actually, not to try and be a prude or anything Mcninjaguy, but a 8800 GS can run Crysis at High with 30+ FPS....

That's the thing, the 8800GS that I am talking about is the 320 MB (or w/e) version

Re: Crysis - weird lag ingame? is it meant to be like that?
its a 8800 GTS 320mb g80, overclocked like 100mhz on core, im running it on low (dont ask me why, but im waiting for my 4890 since my friend needed it to test his pc) so im using the one i have in my backup pc.. well, yeah im running it on low, fraps says i have 30-50fps but its still giving slow response to my keyboard/mouse. i will have to try out all the tips tomorrow and tell you which one helped :)
