What do I need to do to play this sweet as game? I have sp2 xp sp2 . Must I have SP3? and if so how do I get this without spending more money?

you can get SP3 from microsoft and it's available for free

this is an ISO image of SP3 just burn it to a CD and install it :

This you don't need to burn to a CD to install
