Crimson Skies lock up

My Crimson Skies game stopped working. I've reinstalled and disabled anti-virus and nothing works. In the game startup it gets to the big full screen zeppelin picture and locks up. You can hear the old Microsoft Games intro video but you can't see it. After the music plays the zep picture stays on the screen but nothing else happens. Not too long ago my computer was hacked and many of the videos on my computer would not play. I downloade ffdshow and got them working again, could my problem be related to that? It worked fine until the hacking problem.

Well, I do really believe that whoever hacked your computer (even though it's more likely you just got infected with a Worm) that they damaged a lot of things, the best thing to do is either a System Restore to before the incident or a whole reinstallation of Windows.

However, you can try Revo Uninstaller and see if that works.
