GTA IV languages

Hi I live in Germany but speak english.

Does anyone know if GTA Iv european edition has language options?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the game will be English with German subtitles (you should be able to turn them off).
Can't say for sure as I don't have it installed at the moment though.
