World of Warcraft running slow
Hello. I would consider my computer to be of fairly low end, but does all that i need it to do. It is a few year old emachine with a few upgraded pieces within it. I have a nVidia 7600GS, 1gig of ram, 2.2GHz AMD Athalon processor, windows XP pro, and an upgraded micro socket 939 motherboard. World of Warcraft's required settings are much lower than i have and i should be able to run it perfectly. Lately in-game i have been getting very spikey FPS ranging from 5 to 80. I have seen much worse computers and even laptops getting upwards of 120 FPS and am wondering why my computer isn't capable of doing so.
Thanks |
