can not open quantum of solace

i've installed quantum of solace but when i try to open it says error during initialization exe_err_found... the cd is a burn copy.what's the best remedy.txn

We do not provide support for pirated games.
If you have the original copy, try using it.

If you use the original copy and still have the same error, PM me and explain and I will reopen this thread.
