Re: [HELP] Want to play Call of duty 4
Hi, welcome to TSF
Your CPU might just about be ok, but it's below the minimum required, so this could cause the game to run slow with some lag. 256mb RAM is very low for a computer running XP. Upgrade to at least 512mb, preferably 1gb. You've got enough hard drive space to install the game. Just remember that you need to keep at least 15% free space for Windows and games to run efficiently. I think the Radeon FSC has only 32 or 64mb of DDR memory. You'll struggle to play a demanding game like CoD4 with such an old graphics card. To upgrade your computer to meet the game's minimum requirements, you need to buy some more RAM and a better graphics card.

Except the processor, just get all the minimum specs, plus 1 gig of ram and you can run almost any game well.

Re: [HELP] Want to play Call of duty 4
sorry to say that it's not a good idea to upgrade your RAM and video card without upgrading your CPU you will be bottlenecked, it means that the CPU won't be able to catch up with the video card
what is your motherboard brand and model? I think that it has an AGP slot saying that you have an old card and also the motherboard could be DDR1 so upgrading to a 1 gig of ram could cost you a lot (old RAM are expensive) so the best thing to do is to get a new PC, cause upgrading your current PC won't do a good, you'll waste your money, sorry for the bad news, I'm just trying to help just to make sure, download CPUz from my sig and open it, take a screenshot of : the "mainboard" tab and the "Memory" tab and post them here

I got a 2 sticks of 1 GB DDR ram for about $25.00 in a package. It's CDN (Canadian) of course.
