Resident Evil 4

I have just know bought a copy of Resident Evil 4(also known as biohazard 4)
But whenever I try to start it, it asks me to send an error report to Microsoft.
The error report reads something llike this- the operating syestem version and hardware in use:your digital product ID, which could be used to know your IPaddress......

Please help me

run Resident Evil 4 as administrator

right click on the game's "exe"
"run as administrator"

see if this works

I have tried to run it as adminstrator, but I get an error message: log in failure user account restriction

Please help me

are you using windows as administrator? or as limited user?

Make sure your Anti-Virus or firewall is not blocking the game.
