CS 1.6 Menu Problem

Hey, Im having a problem with my Cs 1.6.
The menu looks like this.

I know for a Fact my laptop can handle this game.
Any ideas of whats going on?

so the attachment below is that the whole screen not including the white space?

whats your make and model of your laptop? for the specs and driver issues

No its just the picture, not the white space.

Acer aspire 5610-4534
Intel 1.73 Ghz
1014 Mb Ram
Direct x10
Mobie intel R Chipset(Intel Gma 950)
Core Duo.

Is that what you needed?

I don't play Counter Strike 1.6 so I don't know the exact colors of the menu but what does the proper menu look like?

and your laptop has intel integrated graphics which really are never made for games at all. They're missing vertex and another type of shader (don't remember which one)

As you see the words on my menu are blurred out.

It shows the ''N'' And the rest is dissapeared, The ''N'' Was supposed to be New Game.

try reinstalling your graphics card driver

you're going to have look it up in the Acer site under your laptop
