age of empires 3 cant connect to eso help

so ive been playing this game for a while now, and randomly a couple days ago it said i couldnt connect to eso and to check if i could connect to the internet which i can obviously. So i've tried many things and none of them are working. ive restarted my computer, reinstalled the patch need for the game, unplugged my computer and plugged it back in, disabled internet connection and reenabled it, let my firewall redetect the game, disabled the firewall completley, and many other things. any help please?

Try opening the ports. What is the make and model of your modem and router?
