Rhiannon-curse of the four branches game

I cannot get game to load.I put game in, and cd drive keeps running without
game menu starting.I have a 2yr old computer running vista.The game is from
Got Game Entertainment, and I have been able to load another game by them
with no problems.I am not real computer savvy so need step by step answer.

[i] am also having problems loading the game. I have an E-Machine laptop that runs on Windows Vista It has an:
AMD Athlon processor 2650e 1.60 GHZ
1.00 GB RAM
32-bit Operating System

It has been loading the game for 45 minutes and still nothing comes up.
