Intermittent Frame Rates
I have been flying Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 for a few years on XP with a Radeon 9600 graphics card. Recently my frame rates have become very erratic. Sometimes the rates are up to the Locked rate (28fps) and the next time that I boot up, the rates are down to 3fps.
I have 2gb of RAM and, due to this problem, I have uninstalled FS9 and re-installed it again. It is now running in it's default state with only a few addon aircraft and the VOZ 1.8 Australian scenery. What would cause the frame rates to alter when I re-boot? |
