Silkroad online launcher poblem

I have this problem every time i install or re-install the game. At some point, after few times playing with no problems, i open the launcher and it just stays blank. No "start" button, no updates, nothing. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Hi mate welcome to TSF.

Start with the basics because Silkroad launcher requires flashplayer so check it!

Re: Silkroad online launcher poblem

Have you tried reinstalling Flash, then rebooting? (Internet Explorer should be closed while you're installing)

Which browser are you using?

Are you running any security software or browser addons that might be blocking Flash or scripts?

Re: Silkroad online launcher poblem

I've updated flash player, i'm using Mozilla Firefox, and no program is blocking Silkroad. And again, please read the whole message. This is always happening after re-installing Silkroad. I can play it several days. sometimes weeks, and then the launcher begins to glitch like that.

Re: Silkroad online launcher poblem

I did read your original message, all 4 sentences of it, but thanks for the reminder.

We are suggesting that you look at Flash and security settings as possible causes because the game works ok for a period of time and then stops working, which suggests your browser security settings might have changed or Flash might have become corrupt.

There are other possibilities we haven't looked at yet, these are just starting points based on the information you provided.

Have you looked through the Silkroad FAQ pages for similar problems? Have you had a reply yet from the Silkroad support site?

Re: Silkroad online launcher poblem

The Joymax FAQ link you provided does not even works here. And the Silkroad support did not answer.

Hi momoko, and welcome to TSF.

You might want to just take a step back for a second and realise that the people posting here are volunteers offering their time for you. Being snappy and unappreciative is not likely to make them want to help you further. The basics are always going to be covered first, to make sure everyone's working with a stable foundation. Please be patient with these kind people while they help you sort out your issue.

Re: Silkroad online launcher poblem

I do realise they are volunteers, but I already answered to the same question few times =\ It makes me a little angry when people don't pay attention :)
