Question empire of war help

I downloaded the demo to this game today and all i get is a white screen with the cursor. Could anyone tell me if the full version of this game can be run on my cpu.

Dell

windows xp sp3
intel celeron cpu 2.53ghz

766 mb ram

intell 82865g graphics controller
direct x 9.0

hello,
the problem is caused by your intel graphics
Empire at War is a bit old game (2006) but still a demanding game, and the intel 82865g are not supported by the game

maybe you could try to update the drivers of your intel onboard card but I doubt that will help you

just choose your Operating System and click on go

and CPU is really old and slow....

usually as long as your cpu is a C2D or a AMD dual core you'll be fine but a celeron is iffy

the most demanding thing a game will have on your comp is your graphics card and intel will probably only run games that 5 years old not including sims 2 maybe
