Will Cod 4 lag on my computer?

I have a Intel integrated Graphics media accelerator X3100 and the min. system requirements are -

GFX: 3.0 Shader Support, Nvidia Geforce 7800, ATI Radeon X1800 or better.

Will it go OK?

The Intel integrated Graphics media accelerator X3100 does not have Pixel Shader 3.0. So the game wont even start. You will be met with an error message at the start.

I would advise you to get a graphics card that is compatible with your PC.
If you need help finding one just post your system specs.

COD4 only needs shader 2.0
Shader 3.0 is recommended but not needed. I have a 7600GS with 2.0 support and it works on my computer...

Like Aus_Karlos said, even if the game needs Pixel Shader 2.0
Intel graphics don't have Vertex Shader or any kind of Pixel Shader

intel graphics is not even close to any dedicated graphics card

I think they're closer to a low end 6000 series graphics card

maybe a high end 4000 series card or a mid range 5000 series nvidia card?
