cod 5 error when i load game

Couldn't load image 'shadow'

i get this error each time i try and start call of duty 5 any one know what i can do to fix this?

have you tried to reinstall the game yet?have you installed the latest game patch?

He needs the new patch, that was an old bug that's fixed.
