Game won't uninstall

I have a game, Sins of a Solar Empire, that was installed to my secondary hard drive, which ended getting corrupted.

Now that I have another hard drive, I tried to install Sins and the launcher asked me to uninstall it first. I figured that it was still trying to read it from the broken try, so I hit uninstall and it gave me the error:

"Program Files" is not a valid directory

It refuses to take it out of my system memory, and I've gone through Add/Remove programs, as well. I even deleted the registry entry with regedit.

Is there a way to fix this?

System specs (though I don't think they're relevant):
nVidia 8500 512 MB graphics card
2 gigs of RAM
2.9 GHz Dual Core processor

Hello,
download Revo Uninstaller from my sig and use it to uninstall the game
just open it, wait for the list to fully load, locate Sins of a Solar empire, right click on it and choose uninstall, click advanced and choose next, the game uninstall should appear, if not just click next, remove all the game's remaining's from the registry and from your hard disk, it's easy to use, just follow the instructions on it.
