Problems with all my games :/

Ok, i have a Dell Inspiron 1501 Notebook
Mobile AMD Sempron processor 3500+ 1.8 GHz
2.5 gigs of ram

I have windows vista ultimate SP1.
This problem only occurs when I have SP1 for any vista system.
It never happened without SP1.

but anways i play games. They usually run smoothly UNTIL the fan kicks on high.

i dont know why but when this happens the computer gets quite slow and all my games lag out quite a lot.

I tried shutting down services and installing a new display driver. To the current updated one anyways.
I also tried installing SP2 beta.
but yet i still have some problems playing any of my games. It only doesn't effect games but it effects my entire computer.

I don't know how to fix this and I'm hoping someone here could :(

Re: Problems with all my games :/

Try checking your cpu temp
get speedfan program when gaming just tune up your fan speed to prevent the cpu from excess heating
make sure you dont have a lot of process running at the same time since its a single core

if you are playing games on a laptop you should buy a cooling pad for it.
