Call to Duty 4

After you completed the level heading to the next level. When the game says Objective reached the game blanks out to go to the next level which is the launch facility the game will crash with the error I showed in my message.

Re: Error at getting to launch facility

Test your RAM with memtest, one stick at a time. There are other forum posts with your error message where the users ran memtest and found their RAM was faulty. Removing or replacing the faulty stick of RAM fixed the problem, no more error messages.

Direct link to pre-compiled bootable ISO: http://www.memtest.org/download/2.01...+-2.01.iso.zip

Unzip the file and burn the ISO to CD (as an image, not as data) to create a bootable CD. Reboot and go into the BIOS. Change the boot order to 'CD first', save settings, insert the CD and reboot. This will start the program. Run for one stick at a time (very important, to prevent false readings) for at least 10 passes each.

Has nothing to due with RAM, it was a corrupt file, I reinstalled the two files from the CD to my hard drive and that fixed it.
