I Don't Get This. I Have All The Requirements Except A Proper Video Card. What Video Card Do I Need To Get. And I Meet All Requirements?

Anything would be better than what you currently have.
CnC Generals requires a card with 32Mb VRAM.

If you are looking to upgrade to a better card, you need to tell us a few things first.
1)Your Budget.
2)Your Power supply details (if you take the side off you case, the details will be on a sticker on the side of it).
3)Your Motherboard details. You can download CPU-Z, go into the Mainboard tab and it will be listed there.

You might want to just pop into your local store and ask if they have any second hand AGP cards for sale.
If they do, make sure your Power Supply can support it, ask the sales assistant if you like. What you posted (1.7GHZ Or 1.8GHZ) is not your Power Supply.

1.7 GHZ is your cpu and has nothing to do with your graphics card

just buy it online off of www.newegg.com

for installing it we want to make sure you have a sufficient Power Supply unit to run the new video card

there's a clip near the motherboard (AGP cards are pretty tight connections) you'll need to I think press down on the AGP clip

So What Should I Ask The People At Fureture Shop they sold me Ram 512 I had 256. So They Should Have It. What Should I ask About The FurtureShop People. You ask them if they have any AGP graphics cards for around $20.
If I were you, I would probably bring my PC in and ask them to install it too.
Also, get them to check if your Power Supply is enough to support it.

The power supply is a large box inside the PC. It will have a sticker on it that looks like this:

If you tell us the details on yours we can tell if your PC will be able to handle a new card.

My Watts Is 300 I Did That yesterday I Kinda figured out by searching on google at the PC. So Ya. 8x Max Supported. AGP Card I Need. What Now. I probably seacrhed online in futureshop they like got cards worth $300 which my computer can't hold. In Watts
