Call Of Duty4 Errors When Installed

I Installed CoD4, It Showed Up, CoD4 Single Icon And CoD4 Multiple Icon On My Desktop. I Clicked One Of Them, And This Showed Up; ----- Initializing Renderer ----
----- Client Initialization Complete -----

Getting Direct3D 9 interface...
Pixel shader version is 2.0
Vertex shader version is 0.0
Video card or driver doesn't accelerate transform and lighting.
Video card or driver doesn't support UBYTE4N vertex data.


Error during initialization:
Video card or driver doesn't support UBYTE4N vertex data.

So I Clicked The Other, And It Showed Up The Same Thing.
Can AnyOne Help Me?

this is most likely happening because you have a really low end graphics card on your laptop.

can post your dxdiag, you do this by:

start menu
run
type "dxdiag"
save it as a log file.
post it here as an attachment under "go advanced"

or/and what is the exact make and model of your laptop?

i think i should just get a desktop computer instead of a laptop.
most computers are faster, stronger, more space, memory ect... than laptops.
any1 know what is the best and fastest computer out there? idc about $$

you can get all the parts you need and take them to a PC store or any PC expert and he'll do the job, and believe me it'll cost you less than a prebuilt PC and it'll be more powerful
trust me on this, I learned from my mistakes ;)
