Freezing while playin Pirates of the Burning sea

i will play pirates for about 20min and then it will all the sudden freeze, and the only thing to do from there is restart the computer.

ive tried re installing the game itself, directx, and also graphic drivers.

i have a 3.0GHz Dual core processor, 2Gb of ddr2 ram, a nvidia geforce9500GT, and a gigabyte mobo.

if anyone has any idea as to what the problem is or how to fix it that would be great

i have run through all of the above steps to no avail. i will say that i started playing the game in fullscreen and i dont encounter any problems. but this is an inconvenience. i just spent a lot of money building this computer and it should easily run the game in window mode.

so this only happens in windowed mode not in fullscreen?
