I am currently running FSX on a Dell 9400 Insipron Notebook with 2MHz processor and 2GB RAM.

The actual frame rate is less then 10, even thouigh the setting is at maximum.

Most other settings are average (not extreme)

I was achieving much better frame rate (30 something) on the same hardware, when I was using XP, and only had 1GB RAM.

What settings should I focus on to improve the frame rate?

Help would be greatky appreciated

Gaming and notebooks don't go together, especially on integrated video. FSX itself is a demanding program and Vista doesn't help either.
