gta iv for pc

i get this error when i open one of the winrar files the archive is either in unknow format or damaged how do i fix it

Are you trying to access the archives from the DVD?

it was an iso file, but i extract them using winrar for the game, but the data 1 and data 2 is dead and data 3 from disc 2, thats only problem so far, btw i need a new graphic card and ram and windows vista ultimate 4 my pc, i hate windows xp or a new laptop be better, i am sick of pcs i can't take it anywhere i want
