Crysis Characters in the background

I've had a slur of issues with crysis so far.. first the whole popping out of fullscreen when in DX10 mode.

But what's even more annoying is the little program in the background of crysis that keeps typing out Chinese characters that seep through over the screen sometimes. It is extremely aggravating, so I'd like to get rid of it if I can.

Check out the screenshot, characters just keep adding to this line, so if I hold W to walk forward, a whole line will start to type out.

That is extremely odd.
What is that program? It look like task manager. Can you interact with it at all?
Also, I used to have that problem with Crysis starting in window mode, I'll see if I can remember how I fixed it.

That looks like an added toolbar. Right click on your startbar down the bottom and select toolbar, then click on something that has a name similar to a search bar. IE, google search, Address ect..

can you take a screenshot in your programs list(uninstall programs list)
