Video clips not working in so far 2 NFS games

HI TSF,
Well like my title says my video clips don't work in NFS Undercover and in NFS Pro Street the last time I had XP installed on my computer i didn't have undercover but i did have Pro Street and the video clips worked fine i mean the ones you see when you finish a race and some video turns on. Well i installed XP about a week ago and installed Undercover the Video clips didn't work i mean i can hear what their saying but can't see anything. I thought it was the game because i hear Undercover has a lot of problem but today i installed Pro street and patch it and have the same video problem. When i'm in game play no problem but when a video starts playing that's when i get the problem the game dosen't shut off just can't see the video.
My pecs are:
Intel P4 2.8GHz CPU
2GB DDR400 RAM
ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO 512MB AGP
XP SP3.

hello there, try to download some codecs for you windows, it may solve the problem, try this :

K-Lite Codec Pack

Thanks RockmasteR NFS Pro Street works, but haven't tested NFS Undercover will reply if any more problems come up and agian thanks.

Well the problem is back, it kind of like a on an off thing but this time its on bought Undercover and Pro Street.
