as the title seys how am i suppose to solve this problem

i've try it on different computer
any solutions out there?

We're not mind readers.

We need:
-Full system specs
-What is the game/program you are encountering the error with
-What the exact error message you are getting is

yes, please specify the game you are trying to patch, anyway, this could be an error from the server you are trying to get the patch from, it could be damaged or missing files, try this site : www.gamespot.com
search for the game and download its official patch, u can also try these sites :
www.IGN.com
www.gamershell.com
www.3dgamers.com

Game : Need For Speed Undercover
Problem : error pop up after serial key inserted

It looks like a pirated copy with a poorly scripted installer.

did u get a retail copy of the game or did u download it?

as it looks, it's a pirated copy of the game....
and it's illegal in here...

yea i downloaded it b4 getting the licensed 1
i dun wan to waste another few hundreds bucks on rubbish game
