Can I run GTA IV?

Hey there I got a laptop computer with the following specs:

Intel Core 2 CPU T5600 @ 1.83 GHz 1.83 GHz
1,00 GB RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 256 MB

As far as I can see I can meet the minimum requirments, but I have heard that my Video card is not good enough...

So what do you say?

I really, really doubt it.
Even on my PC I can only get about 40 FPS with everything as low as possible (And that greatly varies depending on what I look at).
Check out the PC section on GTA Forums and see how many people are having performance problems with the game, even with the absolute latest hardware.

I'd say wait a bit and see if the patches they release improve performance at all. If they do, you may be able to run low/medium settings.

Yes you can but on minimum system requirements. but i guess you will have some lagg

A little more than some. GTA IV eats VRAM for breakfast and the OP only has 256Mb worth.

Hey,
I think if you will run GTA VI on that you will be in hell with all the lag..
I would say, get more RAM and a better Video Card ;)

you will also get a bunch of errors its not reccomeded to run GTA 4 without at least a 512mb graphics card
