Plz Help me

I have gigabyte intel 945 mother board, dual core 2ghz, 2gb ram, 256mb geforce 7300 SE graphic card.
but when i run any game with full effects it run very slow, so plz what is reason for it, and how can i resolve this problem.
plz help me.

your graphics card is very low end, thats it

Ya i have an XFX GeForce 7300 GT 256mb DDR2 x16 overclocked and its only good for some games like CSS,HL2 and many others but if your trying 2 play COD4 Crysis or any new game like them you will need at least an 8800gt/9800 or why not go big and get like the best card out right now NVIDIA just put out a new card that beats all the rest forget the name but its well over $1000

can you post your specs so I can recommend getting a better card

Power supply
RAM
CPU
Graphics card
Motherboard

if you're wiling to buy a new power supply and a graphics card you can probably play crysis on very high settings easily

it'll be around $180 - $350
