[SOLVED] Steam install issue

I just installed steam onto my system, but right when it gets done and tries to open it says "Steam.exe (main exception): Unable to load library Steam.dll"
I have no idea what this means or what I can do about it to make it work right. Please help mee T_T

Many steam issues are resolved by deleting the clientregisrty.blob in the Steam directory before you launch.

I think there was just something weird with my internet connection, I was running it through virtual pc and after fudging around with the network options I got it to work right.
