Glitching/skipping issue

I'm not sure exactly where to post this but, when I run a game my computer will randomly (somewhat frequently) will get stuck (I'd say frozen but everything keeps going and stays stuck that way for a bit, I just can't do anything else and my mouse lags/skips) and my computer beeps like when you push too many buttons at the same time and hold them down.

I tried system restore, cleaning my computer with CCleaner, scanned my computer with kaspersky and tweaked my graphics card and even installed some program that tells me the temperature of my computer/fan and everything is normal but its not fixing this problem..

I sorta ran out of solutions I guess and I found this site while googling for stuff so I decided to post here to see if you guys could help me out.

If you need me to post any system information etc. just tell me and I will.

Edit: Its never done this before and it only started doing it today and I am clueless as to what I did to cause it or what is causing it.

Can anyone help me with this? Its getting really annoying

I think I just noticed that it doesn't only do it in the game, I notice my computer doing it randomly when Im not running a game either.. The computer pauses for a second like it does in the game but it doesn't do all the beeping sounds (because I'm not pushing a bunch of buttons like I do while playing a game) so yea.. I guess this is sorta in the wrong forum now
