Problem with games

Hi I have a problem with games like Crysis,Spiderman the Web of Shadows,Assassin's Creed,Call of Duty 4,Two Worlds and that would pretty much it.Well the games do require a lot but my PC is pretty much okay for this games...well the problem is that in game there are some blackouts,the screen lags for like a second or 2 and eventually it shuts down...
OS : Windows Professional Service pack 2
Motherboard :ASUSTeK Computer INC. P5VD2-VM
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz
Memory : 2047MB
Display Adapter : ATI Radeon HD3650 1GB ddr2
Supply Power :Platinum MS-400ATX P4

I think it's the power supply not sure though.

and I have tried with both original and latest display drivers for my card but it's the same at both...Oh and I have 2 computers like these(100% identical),with the same problem.
