Battlefield 2142 Blue Screen
So, I've recently built a new rig specifically for gaming, and lo and behold one of my favorite games doesn't work anymore
 I patched BF2142 up to 1.50 and yet whenever I launch the damned thing my resolution changes twice, then my PC shuts down and restarts. (Haven't disabled auto restart yet) But the information that Windows helpfully provided tells me nothing. Not sure how to proceed from here, I checked and rechecked every driver they're all up to date, I've run ASUSUpdate to make sure my BIOS was up to scratch. And yet the problem persists. Any help would be mucho appreciated. Mobo: ASUS M3A78 GPU: Evga Geforce 7600 GT RAM: Mushkin Enhanced 2048Mb 800Mhz CPU: AMD X2 Brisbane 2.6Ghz (5000+ Effective) PSU: Dynapower 500 Watt |
