Crysis Warhead or Call of Duty 5: World at War more computer intensive?

Hi, i want to know which game is heavier on your computer. i would appreciate not having any links to stuff such as system requirements lab.

Crysis for sure, since call of duty 5 is using the same enigne as cod4.
