Errors keep poping up during game! Help!

So I bought this game online a little while ago and everythings been fine anywho, then these errors kept poping up and closing my game..

Can someone plz help me out and tell me step by step how I can fix this..after these errors my game just closes...
How can I fix this..I already tried cs but they are not helpful at all!

You might have corrupt game files. Most of the error is related to DirectX and the games texture files.
Try re-installing the game and get the latest DX9 from my sig.

Ok I did that and same thing keeps happening.
